Care Homes

If you are going to hospital or live in a Care Home and wish to receive Holy Communion, the Sacrament of the Sick or a visit, please let us know.  Similarly, if a relative or other parishioner would like a visit and wish you to contact us on their behalf, we will be happy to help.

Main hospitals in East Kent have Catholic chaplains.  If a member of the parish team cannot visit personally, we will be happy to contact the appropriate chaplain for you.
